Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use LESH. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use LESH.

1. What LESH is

LESH is a directory that connects customers with local service providers and shows local events. We are not a party to any deal between a customer and a provider or organizer. Prices, quality, timing, payment and safety are agreed directly between you and them.

"Verified", "Pro" and "Premium" badges mean the listing was reviewed by LESH and which plan it uses. They are not a guarantee of the work.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older. You sign in with your own phone number and are responsible for what is done from your account. Give true information and keep it up to date.

3. Rules for content

Everything you post must be true, yours to share, and about your real business or event. Not allowed: political, religious or sectarian content; racism or hate; sexual or violent content; insults; scams, fake offers or spam; ads for other apps or websites; other people's photos or private information.

All content is checked before it is published. We may refuse, remove or ask you to change any content, and may suspend accounts that break these rules.

We may pause or remove any listing or event at any time, for example if it breaks these terms, receives serious complaints, or harms LESH or its users. We will tell you the reason in the app.

You keep ownership of your photos and text, and you allow LESH to show them in the app and to promote LESH.

4. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience. Do not review your own business, and do not offer or accept anything in exchange for a review. You can edit or delete your review at any time.

5. Plans and payment for businesses

Businesses choose a plan: Basic ($30 a month), Pro ($55 a month) or Premium ($90 a month), or pay 6 months at once with 25% off. Posting events is free.

The first month is free, once per business. We recognise a business by its name and WhatsApp number, so listing it again does not give another free month.

You pay by Whish to the number shown in the app, writing your reference code and business name in the Whish note. Your plan is extended once we confirm that the payment arrived.

Plans do not renew by themselves. We remind you in the app before your plan ends. If it is not renewed, your listing is paused (hidden from customers) until the next payment; nothing is deleted.

Payments are not refundable, except in cases agreed directly with LESH. Only LESH can cancel a plan.

Prices may change in the future. Any change is announced in the app beforehand and applies from your next payment, never to a period you already paid for.

6. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep LESH accurate and safe, but we provide it "as is". We are not responsible for the services, events, prices or behaviour of providers, organizers or customers, or for any loss from dealing with them. Always agree on details clearly before work starts.

7. Ending and changes

You can stop using LESH and delete your account at any time. We may change or stop parts of the app, and may update these terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app.
